Pricing FAQ

• When do I pay?+

  Monthly invoice for bookings, weekly upfront for promoted placement. First 10 bookings each month are free — no card on file required.
• What counts as a confirmed booking?+

  A reservation our ops team successfully confirmed with you by phone within the SLA. Declines, no-shows from diners, and unreachable confirmations are not billed.
• How do I get paid?+

  You don't — diners pay you directly at the restaurant, same as always. TamuFind bills you for the service we provided (the confirmed booking).
• Can I cancel?+

  Yes. Listings can be paused any time. Promoted placements run to the end of the week you paid for.
